With a little help from my friend Melissa Gammons Roszkiewicz, who is now an art teacher, I was able to make my first animated film. Crude by any standards, Melissa and I cut out color paper one afternoon after high school graduation. I animated the clippings over a black background using stop-motion with a Super-8mm movie camera and did my best to synch the movement with clips of Beatle tunes. The film has faded, the sound gone soft, so turn up the volume on the computer to hear any of it. As crude as it is, all these years later it's still my favorite.
